Speculations about the future do not necessarily have to be a matter of fortune telling. In the course of time, science has been developing quite a bunch of those prophecies, neatly summarized in the Wikipedia List Timeline of the Far Future. As the events’ locations shift into outer space, the time intervals become less and less conceivable. In this diary-like book, the scientific predictions are being mirrored by events from the earth’s past which are each just as far away from today.
